(6) After the acceptance of galvanized wire mesh, plaster the first time. In order to improve the strength of simulation tree, short glass wire should be added to the first plastering. Because the whole strength of the simulation tree will be increased and the weight will be reduced after adding short glass fiber.


(7) When plastering for the second time, it is necessary to make the details and outline of the simulation tree, make the rough contour of concave and convex, and increase the simulation degree.


(8) In the third plastering, we began to pay attention to the texture details of the bark. Although the faux tree is a real tree imitating nature, because we need to do art processing, the simplest step is to place the highlights of many real trees on a silk tree, and do a good art exaggeration treatment locally. For example: the root surface is smooth, but in order to increase the beauty, it is necessary to make the appearance of the root into a bamboo state. A perfect simulation tree production process requires a lot of art.


(9) The appearance color of the artificial tree needs to be colored many times. It is not allowed to adjust the color well at one time. It needs to be colored many times and many layers to separate multiple layers. The pigment used in HAC is generally propylene, which can increase the water resistance.


(10) Finally, install the leaves for the artificial tree. Although it is the simplest step, it also needs to be compared in layers, dense and sparse.
